Elkins Sewing Center

Since 1982 Elkins Sewing Center, located in the center of historic downtown Elkins, has provided sewing and quilting inspiration, information, products, and equipment.

Elkins Sewing Center has a great variety of fabrics, notions, books and patterns for all types of sewing needs.

Sewing machines and sergers ranging from our Value Line HuskyStar machines for beginning sewing enthusiasts to top of the line Husqvarna Viking machines with advanced computer technology are available. The skilled members of our staff are happy to provide training on your new sewing machine. Our staff includes a factory trained service technician who provides service for all brands of sewing machines.

A wide variety of classes offer the opportunity for people of all ages and all abilities to learn new quilting and sewing techniques and skills and to make new friends.

Elkins Sewing Studio
Every Friday 10 am - 7 pm

Every Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. our new Sewing Studio will be open
in the Elkins Sewing Center classroom. If you need assistance starting
a project, or have a question you would like answered, Sue, Donna,
Janet, Cathy or Denise will be available to help you!

We have had many requests to rent time on our Viking machines,
so now you will have that opportunity. Arrangements can even be
made for you to embroider on your project.

Gather up your friends, your project, your sewing machine
(or reserve one of ours at a nominal charge) and hurry in for a
relaxing day of sewing or quilting!
